What We Believe Our History

We have been waiting for you! It's true, because we believe every person who comes to our church has been sent by God Himself.

It will not take you long to discover that we are a family. At First Church, you will find people from all walks of life who have been changed by the love of God and inspired to live a more meaningful life.

The Nazarene Church was officially founded in 1907 at Pilot Point, Texas, born out of a phenomenon called "The Holiness Movement." The Church of the Nazarene has sought to maintain biblical principles while remaining relevant to our fast changing world.

Today, the Church of the Nazarene is well over 1 million members strong with missionaries in over 128 world areas. God's presence prevails in our worship together in a continuing display of His majesty, power, love and holiness. We are so glad you came!
