Nazarene Missions International (NMI) is the promotional, educational and program arm of missions. NMI provides the infrastructure for the people in this church to be engaged and energized in fulfilling the Great Commission, as declared by Jesus, to "Go, and make disciples of all nations..."(Matthew 28:19). The NMI Mission Statement is: To mirror the character and purpose of God in proclaiming His gospel to all the peoples of the world--through prayer, education, involvement, and giving by the total church.

NMI has four broad objectives:

• To encourage people to pray for all efforts of world evangelism
  
• To inform people of the world's needs and what the church is doing to meet those needs
  
• To challenge children and youth to keep their lives available to God's will
  
• To raise funds for mission outreach

NMI provides the opportunity to extend our ministry to more than 143 countries in a number of ways, both by supporting missionaries in the field and nurturing missions awareness and involvement in the congregation. NMI missionaries make visits to our church, forming relationships with churches and making their work more personal. NMI also regularly schedules "mission minutes", presentations during services helping to communicate prayer requests and praises from around the world so that we can pray boldly for God's power to be released in specific situations. NMI also assists with creating a mission vision in the next generation through education, involvement and mentoring.
